- Responding to general inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Processing recurring billing if you enroll in our membership plan, once it launches.

Third-Party Services
We use Setmore to run our booking system: Setmore processes your name, phone number, email, and appointment details to schedule and confirm your visit. Setmore processes this data under its own privacy policy. Placeholder: the payment processor used for job invoicing and for the future membership plan is still being finalized and will be named here before launch. We never store your card details on our own systems.
Cookies & Analytics
Our sites may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our pages and improve our service. Placeholder: this section will be finalized once the site's actual analytics and tracking tools are confirmed at launch.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep customer records for as long as needed to service your home, honor warranties, and meet legal and tax requirements. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by calling (720) 902-9437 or emailing service@gridlineplumbingco.com — we'll confirm the deletion once it's complete, except where the law requires us to retain a record.
