These terms govern your use of the Gridline Plumbing websites and services across our Denver, Aurora, North Valley, and Green Valley locations. By booking service or using this site, you agree to them.

Booking & Scheduling

Booking through our Book Online flow (Setmore) reserves a scheduling window, not a guaranteed exact arrival time. We confirm every dispatch by phone before a tech heads your way, and we'll keep you updated if a prior job runs long. Emergency calls are dispatched as fast as conditions allow.

Pricing & Payment

Every job is priced flat-rate and upfront: you approve the exact quote before any work begins. No hidden fees, no hourly surprises. Payment is due on completion of the approved work. Placeholder: the payment processor is still being finalized and will be named here before launch.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by calling your local shop or through your Setmore booking confirmation. Placeholder: the specific notice window and any late-cancellation fee are TBD and will be finalized before launch.

Membership Terms

If you enroll in the Gridline membership plan ($9.99/month), billing recurs monthly. You can cancel anytime — cancellation stops the next billing cycle, with no cancellation fee. Website Use

You agree to use this site and the booking system only to request or manage genuine service for a property you own or are authorized to manage. Site content — text, photos, and the Gridline Plumbing name and logo — belongs to Gridline Plumbing and may not be reused without permission.

Licensing

Gridline Plumbing operates under a Colorado Master Plumber license, and every tech works under that license, insured and background-checked.
